Drops fill the Pot

A farmer named Kamal passes by the village Rampur. Looking at people working he thinks that people are not using water judiciously. Kamal goes to the village head and a meeting is called. On the day of the meeting the village head and Kamal talk about reusing water for agriculture and for bathing animals.
