The beautiful pine trees in Uttarakhand became a problem for people. Harish tells a friend it is because of these that the forest fires spread. A gathering is called and people discuss how the pine tree can be used for its good. Someone says its glue can be used to make glass and bangles. Its leaves can be used to generate electricity and the tree is also good for tourism. Harish thinks that the pine tree which was earlier seen as a problem has now become a source of our livelihood.
