Amit is asked by his mother to dump the waste in the river after a ritual. He takes his friend Sonu along. When Amit asks to leave, Sonu tells him that rivers should not be polluted as it’ll make access to drinking water difficult in the future. Amit asks if not in the river then where should the ritual waste be dumped. After a few years, Amit asks why is the river stinking, to which Sonu replies that like him others also used to dump waste in the river.Amit asks then how should they stop people from throwing ritual waste in the river. Sonu tells Amit that the ritual waste can be reused. A prasad can be distributed, the garland can be used to make compost and the incense ash can be used to make incense sticks again.
